We all have life and career goals. We work hard to achieve these goals. Avoiding failure prevents success. It actually delays success. If you never take a chance and fall down, you may be missing out on your biggest gift.

Actually we do things in our life based on our past experience but believe me it is not a good decision. However there is good chance that things will be as it was earlier but what if things change and result will be you will face new music of life.

1. Do Not Make partnership Business With Anyone Even He Is Your Brother.

The reason behind this is in our country we do partnership business without completing the legal paper work. and the result will be the one who is in more power will capture the more profit whether his  investment in business is more or less. In our regional language we use to say about this is (Jeko Daadho So Gaabo). But If you complete all the legal documents which are very important for partnership Business, You may do the partnership business

2. Do No Go Out Of Country For Job.

Country is your mother, and it is not justifiable act to leave your mother after completing a certain level of education. and believe me those who do this act in his life always remain in trouble because in other country you always be a outsider for them. on the other hand they charge you high amount of taxes against and if you calculate your salary as compare to your home country the net amount will be same. So me advice for you that if you want to do job, do in your country, If you want to Start business, Start in your country.

3. Do Not Get Only Education.

In our Country, When we are in college or university we only get education, Just like in morning we use to go university and in evening we go for tuition center, In way we keep our self away from practical life. this best thing we can do is try to start a small business and try to do a part time job while studying, In This way we connect our self with Professional world and win the race.

4. Do Not Go For Shortcuts.

If you understand the logic behind this thing you will win the race of life. Actually if you want to achieve any big thing in your life then you have to work it. and those believe on shortcuts will definitely cry one day or another. I personally know soo many people who start their career through shortcuts, now they are crying that why they have not properly work for it.

Never Depend On Single Income

Let me share you a story of one of my friend, i don't  share the name but will share you his professional life story and how he get trapped into it.

Me and my friend completed MBA from a very reputable institute in 2015, we both started our careers at a same time but in different industry. He started his career in one of a very reputable FMCG company in Pakistan, First two years of his career  was just like a rocket, he got promoted in just a two year a very short span of time. When ever we go for outing he always used to tell me that he is very happy from his career and company on that time his salary was more than Rs 100,000/=. 

After completed two years roller coster ride started and he was being transferred to a place which is very far away from his home town, but he managed this thing and compromise with his family, on that time when he was leaving his home town i suggest my friend that you are completely depending on your salary single income and you don't have any other option, this is a time you have to take decision and start some part time business from where you will generate your secondary income. However he was thinking that things will become easy, but the situation goes worse after three years in 2020, due to Covid19 Crona Virus his Company Fires more than five thousand employees and unfortunately he was among them, he came office in the morning and found a piece of paper and in paper it was written  that "THANK YOU SOO MUCH YOUR SERVICES ARE NO MORE REQUIRED AS COMPANY IS FACING LOSSES DUE TO COVID19" it was a heartbreaking situation for him. He was no where, He was trapped in single income Single identity,  he focused just on the job and never think about the situation he faced today.

Just like in a above picture you can easily depict the story of single income single identity trapped,  how initially employees think about the perks of job and satisfy himself from the income he get and think the situations will remain as it is, And after some years or time things will become worse and you have no any option have to go out from the situation.

So from the story it is a moral for us to depend on single income, always make multiple streams of income as one source stop you will have other option available to maintain your lifestyle and basic needs.

Hope Is The Balm Of Life

Hope is balm of life, it is actually connected with our future, like we plan for our future on the basis of our hope. Everybody in this world lives on hope. But one thing we should keep in our mind that we must always hope for the best and leave all the rest on God.

Without hope life would become like a life without oxygen and very difficult to pass, we plan and work but the results are in the hands of Almighty Allah. Actually in simple words we can say that we all live on hopes, but we must work hard.

Man must not lose hope; hope actually springs eternal in human heart. Like if you hope for positive things then the result will be the positive, we can say that where there is a life there is a hope. Hope plays a main role in decision making process, without hope it will really hard to for anybody to make any good decision, because hope gives us continues motivation toward our ultimate target/goal, In simple words we can say that hope is like a candle in a dark place,

Student’s works hard and hope for the good marks in examination, after completing education they hope for the good career and so on, Likewise Parents plan for the future of their children, farmers hope for good crops, we can say each and everybody in this universe lives on hope, it is like balm, even you can say it is medicine of inner motivation.

A ray of hope is enough to shine the entire environment; the balm ofoptimism heel all acute pessimistics thoughts in one's mind. Hop put multiferious good effects in our social life, such as; it causes mental relief in apprehension; it provides logical wayfarward through which we can think over the situation; it represents positive picture of our future, that empower us with powerful thoughts thattell us that still goal is below our feet, it also increase our self-esteem toward success

Goodwill is earned by many acts, It can be lost by one


The maxim means goodwill is earned by many human acts. But it is hard to do such acts. One has to face many difficulties on his way. To maintain his reputation is even harder, because if someone misperceives, the defame goes as fast as light.

 If a benevolent wishes to build a charity home, he has to face many hurdles. He has to give full dedication, hard-earned savings, and physical efforts. He bears demotivation from people, sometime from family also. When the project is run, the fame and goodwill wait.

Individual can run the project on public donations. In this regard he may become the target of people’s mockery. He may be thought to grabbing people’s donations. Then the result is gruesome. The individual may face deadly propaganda. That is why it is said the goodwill is very ready to be lost at once if a little ping of ill fame is found.

If two countries are deeply connected to each other, they may become hostile to each other at very little quarrels. One may be victim if bad situation in country and change the foreign policy with the other. It then ends at alienation of their relation. So one has to see every weal and woe with all senses and step forward.

Inner Motivation plays a vital role in any achievement whether you are in the ground of battle or in your class for education you need motivation everywhere, without motivation you cannot achieve anything, even you can't thinks you achieve any thing. it is what which induces a person to act in a particular way if it triggered then person become firm on his goal and think ways to achieve his goals, here is a point where exam start for that person whether he chooses wrong or short cut way or long life lasting proper channel if he go through proper way tries his level best then with the grace of almighty he will definitely achieve what he want but it required step by step Process or we may say need to prepare his mission statement and should work out accordingly may be possible in start he has to suffer but he ought to work steadily as we know slow and steadily tortoise can win the race or continuous dripping of water drop can make hole in stone so one should not lose hope and don't let go patience and should make believe on himself that he can do it then he will definitely as according to one great scholar “If you think or fear about failure, then you can't defeat”.

It is like if you feel good about yourself then you can produce good result, means if you think positive, just like if you think you can do this, the result will be depend on your thinking, Positive Feeling about your capabilities is a way of motivation. and we know that motivation is the way to getting work done, so this is a process, which starts from what you think, like if you think positive then the outcome will be positive, if you think about yourself that you have not enough capabilities to do particular work, means your thinking is negative and as we know that the result of negative thinking is failure.

Believe in yourself, because it is the best way to get success. Because if you believe in yourself, you can do it,and definitely you can do anything if you believe in yourself. but if you do not believe in yourself nobody else will. So in Short we can say that if you believe in yourself means you are giving respect to yourself, and if you do not give respect to your skills and capabilities and how do you think people will respects you or even care you. So if you want to be successful in your life, you have to start believing in yourself.

Here mission statement is very necessary without mission statement nobody can reach at the peak of success, it also accompanied with long term and short term planning because no proper planning may lead us to many lost.

Negative Impact of Rewards On Performance


It is sure that one perform certain action because one has some purpose or motive to perform certain action, one works ten hours a day because he/ she has motive behind getting salary in return, students studies for better grades and getting good jobs. This is what we call them rewards for them, that motive one to perform certain action.


We give rewards to person that they could perform desired behavior, person has two motivations behind the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation could be fulfilled by giving enjoyment tasks and extrinsic motivation through reward, however we give rewards we give high rewards but we does not get desired performance because we may not fulfill their intrinsic motivation, for example you give higher pay to employee but employee wants that he should be given respect then there high reward (salary) does not work. Or other  employee become overconfidence when he/she gets rewards, for example parents give all care, love, fulfill their needs that he/ she should obey and act according to required level in return, but result is that they does give required behavior.

For example: people who are awarded scholarship, and then they do not give such concentration then those of who does not have scholarship, they become overconfidence and irresponsible because we have given them what they want, we fully give taken back that stimuli that keep one motivated for example salary or pay for which one is very much anxious, and this motivate one to work hard, so we have fulfilled his this need so much that person does have other need so one will not be anxious of anything hence no desired performance will be achieved.

In short Rewards Should Be given up to some level that employee anxiousness for work always remains there.

There are lots of ways to live a Happy life, but according to me there are three main secrets to live a happy life, and these three secrets can change your whole life and bring lots of happiness in your life.

The First Secret to live a happy life is ALWAYS SPEAKS THE TRUTH, according to me it is better to talk against a person to his face rather than to lie to him or to misguide or we can say in simple words mislead him in any way,
"Our Holy Prophet once said that if everyone started speaking the truth most of our personal and social problems would be solved".

The Second Secret to live a happy life is DON'T CHEAT, Cheating others is an evil practice that really spreads fast. In simple words we can say cheating is the two way street, like a person is cheated by someone, he may begin cheating others.

The Third and last secret to live a Happy life is to DON'T SHOW OFF, There are lots of people who show off their wealth, position and power (PPW), Actually to show off is weakness of most people’s because they desire to look rich and powerful among others. Thus, we find quite a few people spending on marriages beyond their income and getting into debts. And in the result these kinds of people will have to face many kind of Problems.

Apart from wealth there are lots of people who always desire to look important to others, actually they wants to show off their Power and Position, like we can take the example of our government servants who always try to impose their position and power on the public. And these kinds of people are being hated by public.

We are as like that, as we think about ourselves. There is a quotation of Jhon Milton that "Mind is it's own place where we can make a hell of heaven and a heaven of hell". How Reinforcement Is Used To Increase Performance

Reinforcement is one of the best managerial tool to get work done from employee. there are two kinds of Reinforcement, Positive Reinforcement and Negative Reinforcement, both Positive and negative reinforcement is used to motivate employee and get work done from them.

In Positive Reinforcement manager gives rewards to employee, in other words we can say that manager gives appreciation to employee to increase the productivity of employee or to get work done faster from employee. Take an example, for instance think that you are working in organization and your boss is always talking with you in a postive way, So these Positive and Good words will motivate you and in simple words we can say that positive reinforcement is like a motivator, other example of postive reinforcement is If you are a student and your teacher wants to continue your class participation so he will give you appriciation again and again to continue you C.P. But there are many exceptions in Positive Reinforcement, Like High Reward Does Not Always Lead To High Performance.
But sometimes managers have to use the tool of Negative Reinforcement, in order to stop the undesirable behavior of employee, or we can say to stop the negative behavior behabiour.Ultimately to get the Desirable behavior from employee, and to Increase the Performance, For example, If you are doing job in any organization and you are not following the rules of timing, so this will be your undesirable behavior.

So we can say that Reinforcement is the way to increase perforcemnce.

High Reward Does Not Always Lead To High Performance



There are many ways to motivate and encourage our subordinates so that they may be satisfied with their jobs and perform well and the reward is one of them, however this will work only if we go for such reward when employees have achieved something special. No doubt through reward one gets motivation and become committed to his /her goals and try to be consistent with that performance, if I take my example, I usually perform well in the class but when any teacher give me recognition on my work or he appreciate me or appraise my hard work, I feel good and become more committed to work hard in that particular subject even I have to sacrifice my performance in other subjects, and I always want to be consistent in my performance.

This is real fact that everyone wants to be appreciated, everyone want some intrinsic or extrinsic reward when anyone performs well. However this is not always the case, if you go for rewarding the employees on each and every task that employees accomplish it will not lead to motivation and satisfaction of that individual, because by doing this employees will feel degraded they will think that our boss has not trust on us or they will think that our boss do not consider us loyal with our job as well as with the organization. Employee will perceive that we don’t posses any value so that our boss does not expect anything from us without any reward, as the result it will harm their integrity.  Going back to my example, suppose  my teacher always go for reward on my every performance then I would be thinking that sir has doubt on my ability, and sir expects that I only perform when I will be awarded, finally this all will lead me towards discouragement and demotivation, consequently I will not be committed any more to perform well.

So, rewarding is good when employees need it, if you come to know that my employees want some reward, give them something that is valuable to them, by dong this they will be  more motivated and will be fully satisfied, and it will ensure the desired performance as well as the achievement of organizational goals.
