Being two parallel wheels of the vehicle of social life, man and women assume an integral position in the overall progress and development of social life. Both interdepend each other and perform respective roles in order to keep this vehicle furthering in the course of life. Both are entitled to be treated equally in all occupations. Any type of disparity and discrimination will disturb the smooth running of this vehicle. And one’s undue influence and impact will violet and harm second’s personal and private domain, in result, forces of retaliation and reaction will become active. Consequently, it can deteriorate the circumstances and situations of peace and prosperity.

In contemporary times, we have achieved milestone success in the field of science and technology on the one hand, on the other hand, still we see in many regions of the world, especially where there is illiteracy and lack of education i-e Asian and African, widespread violence persists against the weak and wicked class of the women. Women are victimized in physical, psychological, social, and economic terms. Physically, male intimates, on little skirmishes in house, beat them. Their voice is suppressed and repeatedlythey become prey of punishment at the hand of father and husband. Physical harassment results in psychological trauma and torture to women and feelings of fear and frustration hover over their mentality and they dare not to say even a single word against any type of injustice that is done to them in different conditions and at different places in the social circle. Among the major discriminatory lines, discrimination based on gender is commonly witnessed in society. In family phenomenon, male child is often more favored by parents and elderly. Male child is put at high esteem and entertained appropriately by parents and all the demands of male child are fulfilled at any cost whereas female child is less favored in many regards. In organizations, it has been hot and humid issue for different discussion and debates carried on upon business related issues. In organization, where majority of the top-level managers are male ones and hardly any female assumes an executive position. Furthermore, in politics too, ratio of female ministers and activists is substantially low. Even in universities, we see meagre number of girls against boys. In job descriptions, often various departments and companies offer jobs to male aspirants proportionately higher the female aspirants. Hence, it justifies that claim that there exists discrimination against women in society in all occupations.

In the light of above discourse, it can be concluded that women in general are discriminated and victimized. And they are in different gulfs of suppression and oppression in society, their due rights and regards are overlapped and they are deemed with meanness in social circle. It is the need of the hour that they must be granted with their due status in all perspectives and treated with justice and equality. Otherwise, vehicle of life will tremble in lurch and smoothing would not be possible in any way.

Silence Is Unnatural To Humans

Of course, silence is unnatural to humans. As a new born baby one begins to cry, as one grows physically and mentally, one’s margin of contribution towards noise manifolds with the pace of life. One does almost everything to add in the noisiness of world. One, for the pursuit of different exterior motives, continues to make noise; one keeps on increasing rumor and rock around oneself through one’s own chit chats and via involving into noisy activities like watching movies, listening songs, celebrating ceremonies, feast and festivities in one’s social gathering, whereby, one loses the sight of importance of being silent and natural in life. Human beings are such a great threat to overall peace whether it is mental or physical.

From dawn to dusk, Human being engages oneself into various humorous   activities and actions. One’s gossips seem to be unlimited and infinite. One hardly maintains hush in one’s routine. Human beings are so messy in their nature that in times, it becomes very hard to overcome that deterioration, resultantly, they suffer in latter and spirit.

One’s unpredictable behavior reflects this instinct of humans that they are surely social animal and will die out if kept in isolation and calmly conditions. One is such a huge giant within oneself that is unsatisfied forever.

If we recap one’s routine that one usually goes by. We will definitely come across many evidences that will ultimately justify our discourse upon one’s cloudy nature of mess and mischievousness. One listens various music, melodies, moods and voices that simply, on contrive basis, sooth his unrest. One thinks that listening to such thing will lower the extent of unease but unfortunately, one misperceives it. One seeks remedy for one’s woes and worries into these visible materialistic objects and considers that if a kind of luxury comes in one’s life than one will be able to lead towards peace and prosperity but one is astray from one’s actual purpose and path that is surely not revisited, rethought , reinvented by one for oneself. 

In the best scenario of silence, nevertheless, I would appraise the salient features of Silence. Hazrat Ali (Razi Allah unho) quoted that "Silence is ornament to “scholar” viz- a- viz veil to “ignorant” ". Definitely, silence is uniformly shielded to both of them. It is said that person is known by the way he/she talks; the way he/she walks, the way he/she behaves, the way he/she manifests his/her speech in the social circle.

It is again scientifically proved  that those who are dumb and unable to speak due to inborn heredity are more sharp than common ones who are so loquacious, because of their(dumb) inability to speak, they use their energy of speech into thinking and listening more, they keep on observing the moves of others and keep on learning via listening and interpret everything in their minds, that means they use their mind much more in analyzing,  on the other hand,  a normal person wastes much of his/her energy in useless talks. Ultimately, one is less observing and analyzing in one’s environment.

Religiously speaking, Sufis go for this approach they speak precisely when needed, they remain cut from all these in vain talks, they try not to slip out their tongue, they do not burst out whatever comes in mind randomly. It is said that think before you talk, yes definitely, it is thinking that is the triggering point, I would support it with this saying that 

Thoughts Become Words,Words Become Your Actions, Actions Become Your Habits, Habits Become Your Character, and Character Becomes Your Destiny..

When a person  is silent he/she depicts a sober kind of look, when he/she is silent he/she looks like a professional and mature, when he/she is silent, he/she is influential, when he/she is silent, he/she reflects wisdom and impression. When a person cuts his/her extra gambits, he/she follow brevity, he/she is well easily being understandable and comprehendible by others then.

Here I would specifically talk about Islamic teachings whereby one can observe such required behavior. However, almost every religion has some attributes and rituals wherein following them; one can reach out calm and coolness such as Yoga. Furthermore, Islamic rituals such as Patience, Prayer, Fast, Sabr, etc guide a person to be a good human in the world. Islam stresses on lowering our voices and not unnecessarily going for hollow talks.

Sometime people get angry upon you and in response you too. They cry and yell on your little mistakes and misbehave. In such a worst case scenario, if you remain silent and listen their rough talks patiently ultimately that man will be empty-minded and will do no harm to you in physical terms. He/she will be compelled to stop chuckling and become regretful on his/her attitude towards you that will result in better and peace to you and your physique.

Given the above discourse of ours upon Silence and its overall behavioral impacts, we can conclude that silence is naturally opposite to human’s behavior, their routine is full of noise, it has both behavioral impacts over humans’ life course and if humans adopt this key characteristic than there would ultimately peace everywhere in the world and society will practice its ethical and moral standards very well. Religious teaching can play crucial role in this regard if preached and practiced in full spirit.

This is a very critical question that how to choose a book to read, according to me we should try to be very careful while picking our reading materials. It is very good that if we have a reading habit because there are many advantages of reading, if we choose the book correctly reading then reading will gives us a great pleasure as well as knowledge.

Some books are meant for light, reading while others are for serious reading. However reading any kind of books basically gives the reader lots of pleasure as well as a big amount of knowledge and on the same time very much amusement. If we are tired of from our school works, then reading a good and interesting story book would be a good source of refreshment. So we can say that reading books is also a good source of refreshment and a way to relax our mind, and we can also say that reading is like a tonic of mind.

There are many kinds good books written by many famous writer/authors, and all these famous books are available in the libraries, all of these good books that are written by famous writer teach us morals, and that lessons of morals are help us to become a good citizens, A good book is a man’s very good friend, a friend who always helps you in any kind of situation, a friend who never leaves you alone. At the time of sorrow and despair a good book relieves man's sorrow and gives encouragement, this is the quality of a good book. In simple words we can say that reading goods makes us realize the virtues of mankind and a man who acquired the habit of reading good books is always happy. So always try to choose good and valuable book, because one good book is enough to change your life. And one bad book is enough to ruin life and you will suffer whole of your life.

Teacher is the most important figure in our society. He is the person who moulds a society in conscious, civilized, systematic, and organized and discipline way. Teacher plays a vital role in the development of social. He is a builder of the nation. If a teacher is sincere with his job, then he can reform the society accordingly. In developed and civilized countries of the world, teacher has given due respect according to his profession. They are fully aware that only a teacher can produce responsible citizens. A responsible teacher serves his life for the betterment and well being of his nation. But a teacher's personal life is not so happy. he get a low pay his high educational qualification do not help him to live a good life, although he works very hard in school he spends most of his time in the process of learning. A teacher actually knows that what is the actual worth of education, he knows that without education life is like a closed dark room, A good teacher always loves his students and cares of their welfare. He never wastes his time but tries to serve his nation in every possible way. Simply we can say, he is the soldier of the nation, who save his country from all social evils, and provide a wayfarward for future riddles. And he believe in a quotation that “Teaching is as own rewards" 

Goodwill is earned by many acts, It can be lost by one

The maxim means goodwill is earned by many human acts. But it is hard to do such acts. One has to face many difficulties on his way. To maintain his reputation is even harder, because if someone misperceives, the defame goes as fast as light.

 If a benevolent wishes to build a charity home, he has to face many hurdles. He has to give full dedication, hard-earned savings, and physical efforts. He bears demotivation from people, sometime from family also. When the project is run, the fame and goodwill wait.

Individual can run the project on public donations. In this regard he may become the target of people’s mockery. He may be thought to grabbing people’s donations. Then the result is gruesome. The individual may face deadly propaganda. That is why it is said the goodwill is very ready to be lost at once if a little ping of ill fame is found.

If two countries are deeply connected to each other, they may become hostile to each other at very little quarrels. One may be victim if bad situation in country and change the foreign policy with the other. It then ends at alienation of their relation. So one has to see every weal and woe with all senses and step forward.

ARE LEADERS BORN OR MADE?

This is very hard to explain that whether the leaders are born or made? From years there are a lot of theories regarding this debate, and still today the debate is going on, as there is also another question having same nature “Whether chicken comes first or egg?”

First of all let us understand who is a leader? “A leader is the one who possesses variety of skills, and motivates his/her group members in order to achieve the targeted goals. And his/her traits and personality make others to follow his/her directions.”

Many theories told that leaders are born, not made. They suggest that people have in-born ability of an effective leaders because they told that people possess the same traits by birth that are found in the great leaders such as Personality traits, control over anxiety and aggression and so on.
But in my opinion leaders are made. Because leadership is an art and skill, and we know these skills can never be possessed by someone by birth but it can be learned only (if interested). These skills can be learned through the work experience, observations, education and trainings. There are a lot of great leaders throughout the world, who were made-leaders, not born.

Take an example of one of the greatest leaders “Mahatma Gandhi”, according to the theories which suggest that leaders have such and such traits of leadership by birth, but Mahatma Gandhi does not possess these traits. His personality doesn’t seem to be possessed by any leader or doesn’t match the personality of a leader, but he proved himself as an effective leader of the world. How Mahatma Gandhi would become an effective leader? It is all because of his work experience, his observations and also the skills that he learned from the environment. He always acted according to the situation and also has great skills of controlling and handling the situations.

In conclusion I would say that each and every person can become an effective leader, if he or she is interest and willing to become an effective leader.

These women face several problems due to insufficient resources. Non-renewable resources are that kind of resources, which cease to be found, and curtain while using them. For example: Gas, Petrol, Coal, Nuclear Fuel, Uranium Ore etc. Pakistan is affluent both in renewable and non-renewable resources, but mounting growth of population and rapid use of them have ceases to found them. Currently, CNG issue is prone to it, having devastating results. Pakistan has got lot of resources of natural gas in country, due to it's easy availability within country and less importing expenses like petrol, it cost economical to an ordinary person in the country. As most of the people in this country are extravagent and illiterate. So, they don't know the value and utilization of natural resources.

Literacy and awareness is dirctly proportional to the use of natural wealth. The contemprary results of energy crises is depressing. Pakistan can produce 25% of petrol in domestic use and remaining, she imports from other countries. These days high price of petrol in international market forced people to find out the cheap substitute of petrol. CNG is the domestic product of Pakistan, that is the reason that it cost economical to the people. But this economical resource has flame an other issue. Due to heavy use of it, there are chances of shortage of natural gas in the country. So we should think according to the situations and work according to conditions. We should curtain the use of CNG, as we can save it for our future. Now it is our turn that if we want to save our country so we have to use our all resources efficently, and it is also our social responsibility to use all of our Natural Resources( Renewable and Non-renewable) in effective and efficient manner.

There are many quacks or we can say in our national language "Neem Hakim" in Pakistan, and they are Really a "Khatrai Jan" for we innocent Pakistani peoples..

The main targets of these quacks are less educated peoples, because education create awareness, so if there will be no education there will be a more Quacks.

A Quack is an very expert in the art of talking/Communication, because they know very well the target point of their customers. Quacks(Neem Hakim's) makes very good business on the foot paths and many market places.

He Attract their customers by means of displaying the medicines,herbs and many ophaites on the foot path, The people with faulty living habits and chronic patients flock round the quacks.

When the crowd is gathered round him, he begins his dirty game with his lectures, and then he starts telling the benefits of their homemade medicines. Persons disappointed by the qualified doctors, easily believe in him and the benefits of his herbal/Homemade medicines.

Quack(Neem Hakim) First gives free samples to the people gathered round him, Then he asks the needy to pay 50-300 Rupees for his prescriptions, and those who do not pay are asked to return the  samples. So In this way we can say that he is a master in the art of deceiving and befooling others. If we conclude all the things we can say that A Quack can puts a boy's life in danger, That is why we say that "Neem Hakeem Khatra Jaan"
