Islmia College sukkur offers multiple subject like Science, Arts And Commerce. If we talk about faculty of this college, no doubt all the faculty members are not only senior but also talented. I myself did Pre-medical and B.com from this college and believe me the environment was excellent. Prevailing Disparity in the World

Life is unpredictable, nobody, actually, knows what does happen in the successive moments of life.Life is a wholesome of joys and sorrows; it requires many sacrifices from a person’s side. It demands many painstaking strides and continuous efforts to be able to reach the destination. Today, human has become able to pursue what he wants. He has developed almost every possibility that makes his life more comfortable and happy.

In this world, we can see a lot of trouble and turmoil persistently amplifying the problems and issues at both national and international level. These issues range from political, economic, social to psychological, human, individual, and collective and issues related to peace and prosperity.

However, we have realized and achieved milestone success in the field of technology and science, on the one hand and on other hand, we do adversely affect our own lives as it is commonly observed that every invention and thing has its pros and cons. Sometimes, we become indecisive to the situation and circumstance that we could not be able to make the right decision that adds in our tension and further sucks our minds. In the society like ours – means Pakistani people are severely deprived and they are hand to mouth, they just thinking of their basic needs and strive from dawn to dusk in fulfillment of these wants and needs and they hardly imagine about things like innovation and creativity. I personally have observed that those whose background are sound in terms of wealth and have full support by family in their life, they tend to be more fearless and possess social and generally creative skills that people who are empty belly do not think even in decades. This tarnished and tortured sector of society just ends up in nothingness and passes away in an unfulfilled desires keeping in the pending this is the absolutely damn life of the poor.

Education plays really a pivotal role for an individual, family, clan, community, society, city, region, state, colony, province, nation, country, and for the whole world in general.

Horizon of education is not limited to just reading and writing rather it far more than that it is about making a man human, it is about making aware of rights and responsibilities, it is about the learning the “art of life” – art of life means learning how to lead a peaceful life and how to focus upon once own wrong deeds and self-assessing oneself in all spheres and perspectives. Education creates the sense of ethics, sense of maturity, sense of differentiation, sense of understanding others as well as oneself, it is about learning the learning, and admitting one’s mistakes and forgiving others, education develops the sense of respect among the individuals for elderly people; it stresses constructive argumentation on various issues and problems to which humanity is faced with.

A Chinese proverb goes like these that if you want to enslave any nation just destroy its education system and create a fight among the masses over the loaf of bread. Just snatch the pen from their hands and kill their creativity and innovation. Same goes on in our country, individualism is prioritize over collectivism, where vested interest is preferred over national interest. Where there individual up lift is manifolds with the pace of time. Ours is the society where racism, caste system, sectarianism, nationalism, feudalism and many uncountable social ills persist and these ills are slowly and gradually eating up our whole entity and making us more dependent and slave to other nations and pushing us into the dark times whereby we will again be used for other’s motives. Since independent, we are struggling to be self sufficient but anti-Pakistan elements always have done heart-rending and shocking damages and dooms in the land of pure land.

Learning By Doing

Man learns to spend his life well and intelligently by making accurate and qualitative decisions in his whole life, there is no doubt, everyone in this world has to take decisions; and it is a part of daily life, we are continuously learning throughout our life. Actually Learning is an art of acquiring knowledge or skill that lasts forever, means you will never forget once you have learned something, e.g. You have learned in childhood that how to walk and you absolutely you won't forget it till lifetime this is learning, On the other hand student memorizes something and which will last till his or her exam then after that examination they forget everything, Actually it is not the real application of learning because he or she forgets about what he had memorized. One can learn by means of three ways i.e.

           1. By means of studying such skill thoroughly.

           2. By means of practically doing.

           3. Through study and practical.

Among above three ways of learning the third way, Through study and practical is very productive and the best way of learning, because when you add your study in practical work then there will be less probability of error and more chances of win-win situation, And 1st one, By means of just studying, is the poor/ The less productive/Wrong way of learning, because you can't take any efficient and effective decision just by cramming some business concepts/theories.

Now it is easily understandable if we take a look of following examples...

EXMPLE1:

If we hand over a car to three different Guys, Guy one: Who has just learn how to drive by simple studying or read from internet/book that how to drive car, and cram each and everything. Guy 2: Who has no knowledge about car and its part in detail, but he only knows practically that how to drive car. Guy 3: Has done complete study of driving and also learned it by doing it practically, now my question is that who will drive best?

EXAMPLE2:

There are three science students, Student 1: he has no interest in practical he just want to learn by simply memorizing things that if we mix one chemical with another chemical then what happen.
Student 2: Another science student just only like practical’s he is in MBBS and wants to perform practical work directly on human body without studying.
Student 3: He likes theory and practical.
Now Question is that who will be the successful in future and iam very much sure that your answer will be third student, He will become good doctor or scientist without causing harm to anybody.

What we discus above about learning by doing is in common or lay man language, if we bring this topic in front of economics student then he will tell us that it is a economics term and according to economic terminology, if you want to improve your capability then, you can improve your productivity by means of repeating the same type of action again and again, and finally you will become specialist in particular field or work. If we apply this definition to our normal life we find that it is right, because if a girl starts cooking then in start she may found herself not a good chef but by doing it repeatedly and applying some innovations, one day she will become a good cook.

There is a very famous saying that the beauty is fade but the knowledge you have is for your entire life and we can say knowledge is forever, that is why according to me knowledge is very important and better as compare to beauty, Because knowledge ultimately gives beauty in personality.knowledge has a great power. One can communicate on the basis of his knowledge not the behalf of his/her beauty. Knowledge simply makes your personality more dynamic, energetic and beautiful but beauty can not makes you a good knowledgble person. so if you have a very good amount of knowledge then people will definetly do your respect and listen what ever you say with full concentration and intrest. And it is proved that if you have knowledge then you can talk without hesitation and you can pass your comment about what you know and can tell others that what is right and what is wrong, and definetly people will listen to you carefuly and learn from you because they know that you are a person who have some sort of knowledge. Knowledge gives you the power to influnce others and it gives you the power to stand in a big crowd with the high level of confident. If anybody has knwoedge then people will see him/her from positive point of view. As i mention earlier that through knowledge you can influnce others, so we can say that through knowledge you can be a good leader, because the big and chalenging role of leader is to influnce others and without good knowledge it is imposible to influnce people.

Here comes the main question if knowledge is soo much important then from where to get knowledge, actually knowledge comes from lots of different areas, now its depend on people that from which area they want to get knowledge, like some people believe on research so they are getting knowledge from different resarches, some believe on learning by doing things and get knowledge, and students work hard to get knowledge and for that they read lots of different informative books and knwoedge based articles. We need knowledge in the every prespect of life if you want a good job then for that you must need good knowledge regarding that particular job, can you get a good job on the basis of your beauty? Sounds like stupid, definetly No. Thats why i say that knowledge is very much important then beauty.

In some cases beauty has their certain importance, but knowledge let you shine like a star in any where any place of the world, Actually knowledge is like a candle which gives you light in the dark and gives you brightness in your life.

Through knowledge you can take right decision at right time, and because you take decision on the basis of your knowledge wether it is the knowledge of books or the knowledge that you get from your exprience, you stand like a strong tree on your decision because you know there is less risk of loss because of your knowledge regarding the decision you take, and definetly you will be very much confident on your decision because of your knowledge.

In last i want to say that knowledge makes you stand on the most higher position, remember one thing in your life that, walking in the sunlight can destroy your beauty but there is noting in this world that can destroy your knowledge. Role Of Education In The Development Of Society

Education plays vital role in the development of society. It develops consciousness among the masses that pave the way for development and prosperity.

 If we look at history then we can find that what so far human have achieved in this world is the result of perpetual struggle and proper education. However,  here question arises that what kind of education is that? Education is that which liberate, but the educational system which we have today is not so functional. We have formed education as a source of earning. In this way we have limited it's ground. This kind of education do not provide a way forward, but it causes more troubles.

From K.G to college level we teach our student competition and on other hand we teach them mutualism. Both competition and mutualism cannot go hand in hand. Both are opposite to each other. Competition causes hatred,Jealousy and envy. In this way, we are producing an army of hypocrites. Our students have got just degrees in their hands; they do not know the meaning and purpose of education. If we look at history then we can find that all the great scientists and Philosophers got such education which was totally unbiased. They thought freely and liberate their ideas. Their sole purpose was service of humanity. Whereas today's student though talks about service but he promotes rivalry, bias and prejudicial attitude. Therefore, all the factors of society should promote proper education for the development of society.

 Moreover, another role of education is to promote peace, harmony, and tolerance. It is observed that human mind have achieved novel inventions and discoveries in the state of peace and tranquility. In this way education can cause peace, and peace causes development and prosperity...

Apart from this education gives awareness and with the help of this very important tool human can differentiate between right and wrong; true and false. This is a very critical question that how to choose a book to read, according to me we should try to be very careful while picking our reading materials. It is very good that if we have a reading habit because there are many advantages of reading, if we choose the book correctly reading then reading will gives us a great pleasure as well as knowledge.

Some books are meant for light, reading while others are for serious reading. However reading any kind of books basically gives the reader lots of pleasure as well as a big amount of knowledge and on the same time very much amusement. If we are tired of from our school works, then reading a good and interesting story book would be a good source of refreshment. So we can say that reading books is also a good source of refreshment and a way to relax our mind, and we can also say that reading is like a tonic of mind.

There are many kinds good books written by many famous writer/authors, and all these famous books are available in the libraries, all of these good books that are written by famous writer teach us morals, and that lessons of morals are help us to become a good citizens, A good book is a man’s very good friend, a friend who always helps you in any kind of situation, a friend who never leaves you alone. At the time of sorrow and despair a good book relieves man's sorrow and gives encouragement, this is the quality of a good book. In simple words we can say that reading goods makes us realize the virtues of mankind and a man who acquired the habit of reading good books is always happy. Teacher is the most important figure in our society. He is the person who moulds a society in conscious, civilized, systematic, and organized and discipline way. Teacher plays a vital role in the development of social. He is a builder of the nation. If a teacher is sincere with his job, then he can reform the society accordingly. Women especially in rural areas of Pakistan are very skilled and they also have potential and strengths to achieve chore by their hard work and commitment. These women face several problems due to insufficient resources. They don’t have enough knowledge about hygiene and nutrition, therefore their children suffer from severe diseases and most of them die because their families don’t have enough resources and knowledge to cope up with this problem.

 They are exceptional at embroidery, stitching and traditional products which are quite popular all over the world. People in foreign countries are willing to pay premium prices for these cultural products. The skills of these craftsmen are not fully utilized and they don’t get a reasonable price for their products.

The main reason behind these problems are that they don’t have proper access to the market, they don’t have proper education and knowledge of child care and health along with this they also lack in making attractive color combination and this is the reason that their products cannot attract people at broad level towards their products, another problem is of affordability that they cannot afford to go to the metropolitan cities and do some professional courses.

As these women lack market knowledge, usually middlemen purchase their handmade products at very low prices, sell them at higher prices and make huge profits out of them. Because of this reason, even after working long hours their living standard remains poor.

Life in a hostel is not always a bed of roses. Or we can say it is the mixture of freedom, responsibility, experience and pleasure. Hostel life is full of fun and social pleasure. Hostel life teaches us practical work, control and judgment.

Actually hostel means corporate living, meaning of corporate is united. So in hostel we live united. Hostel life helps in developing a boys/girls personality.

In hostel life a boy/girl has to keep always clean his room for his/her friends in order to create good impression on friends and other hostler. In hostel life boy/girl must have to control on their habits, because if they buy more they have to pay more for it and finally they have to borrow the money from their friends, so this will create a very bad impact in the eyes of their friends.

In hostel life boys/girls must have to take care of their studies, and should not have to waste their precious time in useless talk, and useless gathering.

If we summaries the whole life of hostel we can say that hostel life teach us many of things, but the most important lesson that we learn from hostel life is How to live and let others live.
Apart from these entire things hostel life gives boys/girls freedom to study as much as they want to study, means no one can disturb you when you are busy in your studies.

Hostel life also gives you the advantage of the senior student, means whenever you face any problem in your studies then you can directly contact with your senior, and he will solve your problem.

So it all depends on you whether you get benefits from the hostel life or Not.  If you do best in your hostel life then it will be a very good experience for your whole life. If you waste your time then you waste your best part of your life.

Our society is passing from deteriorating and social deformation. We have enough knowledge, but it is the ignorance that caused such heavy deadlock, and severe blow in our society. A Quack is actually an unqualified doctor or we can say physician. He Play a very negative role in any society, Quack learns the tricks of the trade from books and from many other sources like elders.
There are many quacks or we can say in our national language "Neem Hakim" in Pakistan, and they are Really a "Khatrai Jan" for we innocent Pakistani peoples..

The main targets of these quacks are less educated peoples, because education create awareness, so if there will be no education there will be a more Quacks.

A Quack is an very expert in the art of talking/Communication, because they know very well the target point of their customers. Quacks(Neem Hakim's) makes very good business on the foot paths and many market places.

He Attract their customers by means of displaying the medicines,herbs and many ophaites on the foot path, The people with faulty living habits and chronic patients flock round the quacks.

When the crowd is gathered round him, he begins his dirty game with his lectures, and then he starts telling the benefits of their homemade medicines. Persons disappointed by the qualified doctors, easily believe in him and the benefits of his herbal/Homemade medicines.

Quack(Neem Hakim) First gives free samples to the people gathered round him, Then he asks the needy to pay 50-300 Rupees for his prescriptions, and those who do not pay are asked to return the  samples. So In this way we can say that he is a master in the art of deceiving and befooling others. If we conclude all the things we can say that A Quack can puts a boy's life in danger, That is why we say that "Neem Hakeem Khatra Jaan"

How to make our presentations more effective

Few days before one of my friends asked me that "how can we overcome our lake of confidence", as that day he was called to deliver a presentation on the topic ?????? .So when he came to present his ideas,He said that "my legs started shivering and i forgot all of my ideas in an instant".


He was felling very nervous that day, so i told him to come with me to the cafe and i will help him to overcome his this problem. At cafe he told me his whole problem in detail, so i told him that the most important thing to deliver a wonderful persentation is to practise it several times before presentating it infront of audience , also their is an other factor which is Luck. But by combing all our efforts , our practise  along with our Luck we maximum reach at 95% of the whole prepration. So where are we lacking in those remaining 5% .

So the answer is that those 5% is in the hand of ALLAH PAK. Some times it happen that those 5% become heavier than the remaining 95%, so in that case we have to accept our destiny, but most of the time it happen that we get the reward of our efforts.

So i told him that not to nervous and remeber one thing that always begin your presentation with these glorious lines of "QURAN PAK" (Which are attached in the mail).The lines will help to increse your knowledge as well as your confedence level, as the result you will be able to share your infinite amount of priceless ideas and thoughts with others.    
 
Few days later .............!

I meat him today and asked him about his studies(specially about his presentation skills), he replayed very glady that his studies are going very well further more he said that his presentations skills are growing exponentially, i also observed a very big change in his communication style.

So this was all about that how to make our presentations more effective

Cheating In Exams In Pakistan

The Bad Trend Of Cheating in Exams In Pakistan Started at the end of Ayub regime, On that time all the schools and colleges were shut down for about 4 months, and when the exams started all the students were given Free hand on exams For Cheating In examination.

After that time Students were pampered after 1972 they took over principles offices. they forced in to V.C’s room. And they have Full Freedoms in the Examination, Means They can Do what they ever want to do. No body was there to Stop. and now a days we can see that Mostly Teacher are Co-operating in the cheating in examination. Even now a days political figures are also taking part in this bad game.

Actually we are destroying our country, Education is like a foundation for Pakistan. but due to this Cheating/Copy Culture our education/literacy rate is getting down day by day. Now a days we can also see that those Students who have Zero Knowledge are getting Full marks and get admission in high class universities , but those who have knowledge but don’t Copy in Exams are getting Low marks. Well In this whole system Money is Playing a main role, Money Does Everything.
