Food which can be prepared or served very quickly is called fast food. Fast food is very low in nutrition and high in Trans fat, Saturated fats, Sodium and calories Unfortunately. Eating just one fast food meal can provide enough calorie fat and sodium for a day or more and eating fast food on regular basis can lead us to different kinds of health problems and diseases of the digestive system. It is fine that if someone involve in a craving for French fries burger and other fast food items but here moderation is very necessary and to stay healthy you should not make habit of regular eating of fast food because it contains a big amount of calories and other harmful fats.

At buffets you will definitely over eat to get your money’s worth so avoid it
